Chip functions The TI2048 Tag-it HF-I Plus transponder is based on the ISO/IEC 15693 standard for contactless integrated circuits (proximity cards) and the ISO/IEC 18000-3 standard for item management. Data can be written to and read from memory blocks using a non-volatile silicon EEPROM. Each block is individually programmable by the user and can be locked to prevent data modification. Once the data is locked, it cannot be altered. The TI2048 Tag-it HF-I Plus transponders can be identified, read, and written to using the factory-programmed and locked UID.
